Motorola DROID RAZR compared with Samsung Galaxy S II


Motorola DROID RAZR and Samsung Galaxy S II both are attractive devices and both are leading the mobile market, but DROID RAZR has an edge. Samsung is one of the world's top leading smartphone manufacturer company, which is continuously launching appealing Samsung mobiles. Motorola mobiles are also in high demand beacuse of its longevity and durability features.

Motorola DROID RAZR features a 4.3-inch display Super Amoled HD technology at a higher resolution of 540x960 pixels, which naturally gives a higher pixel density of 256ppi whereas Samsung Galaxy S II features a 4.3-inch Super Amoled Plus capacitive touchscreen at 480x800 pixels and with a pixel density of 217 pixels-per-inch. The volume rocker available in Samsung Galaxy S II is more comfortable to use while pressing the device with compared to the Motorola Droid RAZR which is too short and available in the right side of the device. Both of the device is powered with a 1.2GHZ Dual core Cortex A-9 mobile processor. The microUSB port is available in the bottom on Samsung's handset and doubles as an MHL connector for showing the exact figure of its display. The other device DROID RAZR has all the ports available at the top of its, and equipped with a advanced port for TV connectivity that is standard microHDMI port. Both of the device is packed with Gorilla Glass to reduce scratches on device and both of them supports multi-touch input. Both of the devices are in the battle between the slimmest smartphone in which DROID RAZR has dimension of 130.7 x 68.9 x 7.1 mm whereas Galaxy S II has 125.3 x 66.1 x 8.5 mm in length, width and height. The two amazing devices is equipped with 8 megapixels rear facing camera with autofocus and LED flash. Motorola DROID RAZR price is Rs 31980 while company has tagged Samsung Galaxy S II price with Rs 22999.


Samsung Galaxy S2

The two newly launched device is equipped with a primary camera that is capable of 1080p video capture while Razr’s secondary can capture video at 720p. The two amazing devices are running on same version of Android that is Android Gingerbread operating system. Additionally some extra features available in both of the devices are LED flash, touch focus, autfocus, face detection, geo-tagging and image stabilisation. But Galaxy S2 is also added with some features like smile detection and panoramic capture which is not available in DROID RAZR. The DROID RAZR battery is powerful than this Galaxy S II as it is powered with standard battery of 1780mAh while S II is powered with 1650mAh standard Li-Ion battery.
