Note 3 is having 32 GB of internal data storage capacity but is can be extended up to 64 GB by using the microSD card and it is having 3 GB of internal RAM for making this device fast as compare to the other devices.

And Moto is having 16 GB of internal storage but it can also be extended up to 32 GB using the microSD card this device is having 2 GB of internal RAM which is less then the Note 3. Both the devices runs on the same operating system Note 3 runs on android OS v4.3 (Jelly Bean) and Moto X runs on android OS v4.2 (Jelly Bean). Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Price is 47,990 in the Indian market and Motorola Moto X Price is yet not revealed by the company but as we are thinking it will come at the lower cost than Note 3.

HTC has a 1.6MP camera while Motorola has a 2MP front camera. But the operating system does most of the work of controlling this handset.
